How do I rebook a flight?

To guarantee predictive accuracy, we limit results and only show details about flights taking place within the next 7 days. Our app is primarily geared toward travelers that are experiencing disruptions on the day(s) of travel.

Why do I only see flights taking place within the next 7 days under the Rebook feature?

No. Should you need travel protection, you will need to purchase travel insurance separately or through the airline.

Is my flight protected with Bmpd?

Bmpd is a free downloadable app with limited free features. Should you like to experience our app’s full feature set, we offer a yearly membership for $49.99. See our membership page <a href="https://bmpdtravel.com/membership">here</a>.

Is Bmpd a free app, or is a paid membership needed?

Yes! Should you like to cancel your 7-day free trial or your annual membership before it auto-renews, sign into your account before the expiry date and cancel your membership. You will then automatically be returned to the free, more limited access version of the app.

Can I cancel my paid subscription anytime?

Confirmation booking and PNR will be listed under My Trips in app. Should you need assistance getting an email resent, please email help@bmpd.com.

My card has been charged, but I don’t have a booking confirmation booking email

Some airlines place a pending charge on a card, followed by the official charge. The duplicate charge should disappear within 48-72 hours.

I see an unknown or a duplicate credit card charge. What is it?

Once signed in in the app/website, go to Settings inside your Account. You will then find Flight Preferences. There, you can update and save preferences like layover, price, seat, departure, and class.

How do I add my flight preferences in the Bmpd app?

If you have already passed through security at the airport, you will need to contact the airline you were originally traveling on to have your checked luggage rerouted. Bmpd does not manage this.

If I rebook my flight, what happens with checked luggage?

Yes, depending on the airline. Some airlines allow travelers to add baggage while purchasing your ticket. Other airlines do not, and travelers will need to pay baggage fees at the airline’s check–in desk before security. Check with the airline before traveling to have the best information.

Can I add baggage while purchasing a flight through Bmpd?

Yes, depending on the airline. Some airlines allow travelers to select seats for free and/or purchase while purchasing your ticket. Other airlines do not allow this, and seats will be pre-selected for the traveler upon boarding. Check the airline’s seat selection rules for the best information.

Can I select / change my seat selection while purchasing a flight through Bmpd?

Once signed into the Bmpd app or website, navigate to the Settings tab on the Account screen. Click on Password + Security. Enter your current password, then your new password, then enter the new password again to confirm. Click Save.

How do I change my password?

On the Sign in/Sign up page, click Forgot Password. Enter the email address associated with your account. Click Send Code. Enter the verification code from the email. Click Verify. You will then be prompted to enter a new password, and then enter the new password again to confirm. Click Save. Return to the login page to sign in.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Once signed in through the app or website, navigate to the Settings tab on the Account screen. Click Delete Account at bottom of page. Click Confirm to delete.

How can I delete my account?

No. You will need to cancel your current subscription and open a new one.

Can I change the email associated with my Bmpd account?

Check your spam and junk folders. Should you need further assistance, please email help@bmpd.com.

I never received a verification code while setting up an account. What do I do?

You will need to contact the carrier or original ticket vendor to receive a refund. Bmpd has no responsibility for ensuring a refund, credit, or other reimbursement for a canceled flight. We have no ability to organize refunds for canceled flight.

How do I get a refund for my cancelled flight?

At the point of purchase, fill in the name and relevant contact information of the person who will be traveling.&nbsp;

How do I book a ticket for a family member or friend?

Once you have purchased a flight on Bmpd, your booking confirmation, along with your itinerary and receipt, will be emailed to the email address used to create your Bmpd account. Should you need assistance, please email help@bmpd.com.&nbsp;

Where will I find my booking confirmation?

Airlines send schedule changes every 15 minutes; Bmpd updates as they do. Should you receive an error at the point of purchasing your flight, it means that the airline has updated the ticket and you will need to start the booking process again.

Why am I unable to purchase a flight on Bmpd?

Airlines allow for check-in 24 hours in advance of take-off time. Please follow your airline’s check-in process.

When can I check-in for my flight?

If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact the airline carrier directly.
